Nomad Agent:
Visual Identity and Website Design

Intro
TL;DR
An online presence was needed to generate early interest and grow the network. The success of this project directly contributed to a $20M funding round and captured the attention of top-performing real estate professionals across the French market.
Overview
Nomad Agent was an app created to enable commission sharing and help real estate agents collaborate more effectively by matching properties with qualified buyers.
Problem
Nomad Agent lacked a distinct visual identity and a dedicated web platform; there was no channel to build online visibility and qualify leads organically.
Solution
Redefined the identity and digital experience tailoring it to Nomad Agent’s repositioning, creating a dedicated user-friendly website to build online presence, activate audience interest and support acquisition.
Goals
01
Create a new tailored visual identity and website that reflects the strategic repositioning
02
Enable lead generation through optimized sign-up flows and organic channels
03
Grow a community of real estate agents to support the go-to-market strategy and drive early adoption of the product.

02
Grid-based layouts focusing on clarity and clean intuitive flows
03
Creation of modular UI components for flexible and scalable use

Website Development

Designed and implemented a dynamic, CMS-driven, filterable database in Webflow which was crucial for platform growth:
[ The Buyer Pool ]
< Served as lead-generation tool, expanding the network of agents >
As part of the strategy to grow the agent user base, I created a second CMS-driven section:
[ The Resources Center ]
< A hub created to deliver rich content to support agents and keep them engaged >
Outcomes
This project contributed to securing $20 million in funding, significantly boosting the company’s visibility and credibility.
It was featured in TechCrunch and TV (France), attracting top-tier real estate professionals and strengthening partnerships:
The website’s strategy, supported by cold emailing and referrals, was essential for agent acquisition, generating in just 2 months:
